Privacy policy of Reservea
Updated: 2 November 2026
Who is responsible for your data?
SKALE, Brussels. Controller: Khalil B.. Contact: contact@reservea.be.
What the site records, and why
Audience measurement without cookies: each page view is counted with the site you came from and the type of device, under a fingerprint that changes every month. Your IP address is not kept and you cannot be followed from one month to the next. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in knowing which pages are read.
Origin of your visit (advertising link, QR code, search engine): kept for 30 days in your browser, to know which ad brought you if you then leave a request. This is not a cookie and nothing is sent to a third party.
Google Analytics, only if you tap “Accept” in the banner: Google cookies count visits (pages viewed, duration, type of device, approximate city) and measure the effectiveness of our ads. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time with “Manage cookies” at the bottom of this page.
“Call me back” form on the business page: first name, business name, phone, municipality and message, to call you back. Legal basis: your request (pre-contractual measures).
“I would like to order here” and “This business is closed” on a listing: the click is counted; your number, only if you give it, is used solely to notify you. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Business listings: public professional information (name, address, phone, opening hours). Legal basis: the legitimate interest in informing the public; the business owner can object at any time (correct or remove the listing).
Orders, bookings and appointments
When you book through a business's page, that business is responsible for your data, and SKALE is its processor. Its own privacy policy is at the bottom of its page.
Shared with whom?
Your data is not sold. It stays with SKALE and its host:
Hetzner Online GmbH, Allemagne (serveur privé virtuel).
Only if you accept cookies: Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics and Google Ads), which may transfer data to the United States under the Data Privacy Framework.
For how long?
Audience measurement: the fingerprint changes every month, it cannot be used to recognise you later.
Google Analytics cookies: 13 months at most. Your choice (accept or refuse) is kept for 6 months, then you are asked again.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, its correction, deletion or export, or object to its use: write to contact@reservea.be.
You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels, www.dataprotectionauthority.be.
Cookies and storage in your browser
If you tap “Accept”, Google Analytics sets its cookies (_ga and _ga_…, 13 months at most) to count visits and measure our ads. If you refuse, no cookie is set and nothing is sent to Google.
The site also keeps in your browser the origin of your visit (30 days) and your cookie choice (6 months). You can change your mind with “Manage cookies” below, or erase everything in your browser settings.
